I responded to a marketing message from PennyMac and inquired about a refinance. I received a quote from - - and advised him that I will continue to shop around. I ended up finding a better deal and informed - and PennyMac customer Service that I will not be moving forward with them. I heard no response from - since, today I received a package in the mail that was sent to my address and had my home on the loan documents. However, there was PII data from another PennyMac consumer.
