I disputed the debt in - and -. - -, - - - - filed suit in Indiana - Court. - -, there was a hearing I denied the debt. I asked for - and found out that - and - ( Not Located in Indiana ) are actually suing me. AT NO TIME did - - - - make it known that they are representing -. - of the documents from - - - -, states the client is - - - and the Original Creditor is Discover Bank. Another document from - - of Discover Bank dated - -, - states findings were forward to Attorney - - -. Never once has any of Discover Bank 's documents listed - - - - as the attorney. I requested terms and agreement, '' contract between - - - - and Discover Bank, contract between - - - - and - - - and between Discover Bank and - - -. I have not received any documents giving - - - - or - - - the legal right to sue me. There is no contract, terms and agreement, no credit card statements for -, - and - they ca n't provide me with any proof of transactions -, -, and -. - - - - FAILED to name all necessary party and misrepresentation. I do not know who the real lawyer is and feel it is illegal practice.
