This company calls me - a day and - day. I have spoke to numerous representatives explaining that I am unable to make a payment due to my change in employment. I also asked if they could minimize the repetitive phone calls to my house and the lady representative shared tthat the only way to stop the calls is to pay the debt in full. Finally after going back and fourth with this worker, she asked if she could call my personal cell phone. I told her absolutely not and she said the Only way to stop that is to write a letter to the company. After becoming frustrated with this worker I hung up and landed here.
