I was notified that a creditor, HSBC, did not report to the credit bureaus my payments to - since -/-/-, -, and - - since -/-/-, even though they were all made on time. I have never missed a mortgage payment, and have been with them for ten years. After learning that this non-reporting does impact my score, I wrote a letter asking that they insert the payment information ASAP. They refused. HSBC account # - contact-.
