Dear CFPB, I am having a problem with a KOHLS/CAPITAL ONE BANK credit account that is being reported to - and - as closed and having a zero balance. My issue is KOHLS tradeline does n't show up on -. On - -, 2015, I spoke with CS Rep named - and when I gave him - - 'S personal identifiers, the system does n't show anything. So I explained to him that this information is being reported to the credit bureaus and it must be reported correctly. He then told me that an account is closed after 36 months when there is no activity.
