Barclays Credit card department,
I purchased an electric shaver from - on - -, 2014 for $63.00. It was lost in shipping and I never received it. I contacted - on - -, 2014. They agreed the item was lost in shipping and shipped a - shaver. They also granted me at $7.00 credit for my inconvenience. I received the - shipment, but never the -. My spouse did n't like the shaver so I returned it. Despite at least - phone calls to EACH - and Barclays, they keep recharging me for this item. I have NOTHING. I returned the - item I received. I am out $77.00. I can not keep calling. This MUST -/-/- - - - - - - CREDIT - - - REBILL-- - REBILL-- - - - REBILL-- -, I do n't even want a refund. I want NO MORE - charges to appear on my account - ever. I want them blocked. They are being vindictive. Please help me.
