Conventional fixed mortgage Loan modification,collection,foreclosure Michigan

I have applied for a modification of my mortgage with Flagstar Bank. This modification was approved and I received the paperwork to sign and return. When I received the paperwork, Flagstar was requesting - in closing fees to complete the modification. I do not have -. I called the HOPE counseling service and ask for help. The counselor and I did a conference call with Flagstar and she requested an accounting for the -. They clammed up, said it was an error and it would be fixed. I have since heard nothing from Flagstar. I want to get this resolved asap. ( and while on the phone with the HOPE counselor and Flagstar, I received - telephone calls from Flagstar demanding payment THAT day. I am at a loss and do not know what else to do. If I had - in the bank, I would n't be behind with my mortgage. Sincerely- -
