I mailed a certified letter to Capital One on -/-/-, -/-/-, -/-/-, and -/-/- asking them to provide me with proof that they provided the Credit Agencies that this account was not lost/stolen and charges were from Identity theft and they have failed to do so. They keep sending the following letter ( attached )
