The lawsuit alleged a procedure was performed and in fact, the Nurse was not even licesed to perform the medical procedure that was eventually done. I was not AT their place of business and had proof that I was not there, and that they had in fact not performed a procedure for me. In fact if they HAD it would have been a - felony.
