There was no interest rate indicated nor a installment end date ( my fault for not noticing ). I have been paying on said account for 11 months now and called in -/-/2017 to get the principle balance so I could pay it off and was advised it was $940.00. I then started asking questions as to how and she told me my interest rate was - % however had no clear explanation as to how only $150.00 of $610.00 was applied to the actual principle balance with $460.00 going to interest. Ballybunion Enterprises, Inc Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease December 8, 2016 - I used a company called Freedom Electronics as well as Freedom -, I currently am still paying on both loans. My balance seems to be increasing. I took out the loan with Freedom - in -/-/2014 and electronics in -/-/2014 as well. I have yet to receive a payment history of which cant be viewed online. When I asked for a payment history I receive attitude. I also checked my credit report and see nothing about this loan. A monthly statement would be nice to see what the heck my money is actually going.... |
