Opportunity Financial, LLC Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease managing the loan or lease September 23, 2015 - Bi Weekly payments of $180.00, i notified them via certified mail that I had a change in income and could no longer afford the payments and to stop ACH withdrawl, they did stop the withdrawl, but are now saying the loan is 21 days past due when it is only 5 days past due and are threatening legal action. I also sent them a check and a promise to pay $20.00 a month until paid in full. ... |
