Cottonwood Financial Ltd. Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease August 29, 2016 - I RECENTLY TOOK OUT AN INSTALLMENT LOAN FOR $400.00. THE APR IS 581.71 % AND THE FINANCE CHARGE IS $770.00 LEAVING MY TOTAL PAY BACK AT $1100.00. I KNOW I AM RESPONSIBLE TO PAY MY LOAN BACK BUT THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I WILL BE PAYING ON THIS LOAN UNTIL - 2017 UNLESS I COME UP WITH IT ALL IN ONE LUMP SUM WHICH I CA N'T AFFORD EITHER BECAUSE THERE IS ALWAYS SOME LARGE PAYMENT I HAVE TO PAY OUT OF EACH CHECK, LIKE MY RENT OR CAR PAYMENT. Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease January 23, 2016 - Cottonwood Financial sent me a letter dated -/-/16 but they sent it to collections about 2 weeks later, I was never given an opportunity to make arrangements. I received a call from - - -, - of the reps called me a liar. I advised him that I am working with an attorney on several options that may include filing bankruptcy but its not my only which I told Cottonwood Financial and the collection. I do n't know why they sent me a letter dated -/-/16 but sent it to collections 2 weeks later. Why would they do that? The rep at - - - was very rude towards me because ... |
