Empowerment Ventures, LLC Credit card identity theft / fraud / embezzlement October 14, 2015 - Rushcard - has been doing a system update since Sunday. Customers were told that the update would be done by Monday - but nothing has been done and no notification have been sent. The customer service number is out of service and the online access is down. I have not been able to speak to anyone at the company regarding this issue. This is a company wide issue and a lot of people are affected by this. we have not been able to access or money, transfer funds or use our debit card since Sunday -/-/2015. This is a major problem and it seems that the system has possibly been hacked or ... |
