Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Indiana
I have a visa Rushcard and they let some scammer steal $100.00 last year and will not - my money back. Then this year they denied to return my $100.00 that - stole from me for a supposed deposit for service/installation that I never received. That is all illegal and a scam.
