Barclays PLC Credit card balance transfer fee March 24, 2017 - I applied to the Barclaycard Ring Mastercard becuase the offered no interest and no FEEs for balance transfers. We got approved and when we went to do our balance transfer they told us there would be a fee. We complained, stating that the website application says no fees. We called Barclay and showed them the website and they said they would pass this along and it would be 10 business days to get it fixed. It has now been 14 business days and nothing has been solved. Barclays PLC Credit card balance transfer fee January 5, 2017 - I have complained about this issue before but it falls on deaf ears. I am attempting to pay down a balance transfer on my credit card but the payments that I am making are not being allocated to my account and are " disappearing ''. Barclays PLC Credit card balance transfer fee December 5, 2016 - BarclayCard balance transfer promotion will not show as paid off. I began trying to pay a promotion ending -/-/2016 a couple months early. To do this I paid above my minimum payment. In addition to other calls, I spoke with a supervisor -/-/2016 at - who assured me it was paid in full. In the meantime, I accepted another balance promotion. Barclays PLC Credit card balance transfer fee September 22, 2016 - I have this card since -/-/- with the initial balance transfer of $450.00. I have paid on time never late. I do n't use it unless it is emergency, not checking my statement. I did not realized that I was still being charged for the balance transferred since -/-/-. I also did not realized that my monthly payment did not go towards the beginning balance transferred.
