Barclays PLC Credit card department,
My card ending in - I was approved for a Barclaycard on -/-/2017 I was asked if had a transfer 0 % Int. I did, to - - for $4800.00 -/-/2017, Went on line did not see the transfer. Used the card on -/-/2017 and saw the transaction of $55.00 to - Still did not see the transfer of $4800.00 About three weeks after approval I see the transfer of $4800.00 to - -, - times $ -.= total of $9600.00 I called after sending 4 emails and no respond. Lady said that Indeed looks like an honest mistake/Error.
I made a payment of $4800.00 to them online. the -/-/- I called today to make sure I get back my fee back on the error transfer. Another person on the phone said I will not get any fees back. I want my $140.00 back for the error transfer that it was made.
