East West Bank Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount October 6, 2016 - East West bank asked me to be a guarantor for my husband 's business credit line because I have a house under my name and I did. When the loan was renewed for the following years, an East West Bank officer forged my signature as a guarantor. My husband 's business filed chapter - and East West Bank sued me to get my house. After my deposition with East west bank 's council, they realized the fact that I was not the one who signed the loan docs.
