Army and Air Force Exchange Service Debt collection false statements or representation indicated shouldn't respond to lawsuit November 2, 2015 - it in - 2015, 15 years later. - - said they did n't and they did n't have too. They have no documents and said i could n't dispute it. It was never sent to collections nothing. I do n't think i owe a debt. Then they moved $870.00. If they made mistakes then and now why am i fighting and losing the battle. I think i shpuld have been notified instead of them just seeing that i had a credit and decide to take money. Army and Air Force Exchange Service Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount June 19, 2015 - On -/-/15 I paid - - - for an old military debt on my AAFES STAR Card for the amount of $3700.00. I had a garnishment on my paycheck prior to that and on -/-/- $500.00 was garnished, and again on -/-/- my pay was garnished for $240.00. I have contacted - - - for the overpayment and have still not received my overpayment refund and can not get an answer to when and if it will be refunded.
