Real Time Resolutions Debt collection false statements or representation impersonated an attorney or official May 13, 2016 - Collection agency is reporting to the credit bureaus as an open mortgage account. This is not an open mortgage account, they purchased a - lien on a foreclosed property over 7 years ago. They are a collection agency and should be reporting as a collection not as an open mortgage account. Also date of last activity with original creditor is well over 7 years. Tried to dispute through the credit bureaus but they still will not fix the problem.... |
Real Time Resolutions Debt collection false statements or representation indicated shouldn't respond to lawsuit July 7, 2015 - I was way pass due on an account and I called Real TIme resolutions. After making payment arragements with them I asked that when would they report my payments to the Credit reporting agencies she said she would not that they did n't do that. I just made my first payment as agreed upon. Then checking my credit report It said I was late. I called Real Time resolutions and the woman said that it was reported late because I did n't make a payment since 2014.and that it would be correct ed when I made all my payment.Well I think there is something with this picture. Real Time Resolutions Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount June 23, 2015 - I was laid off my job and this account was turned over to a collection company called Real Time Solutions. I received the letter from them in the mail and I called them to make arrangements on the account. I spoke to - - who set up a Hardship Agreement with me to make payments for $150.00 a month for -, -, and - of 2015. I have a verbal recording that was consented to by them on yesterday -/-/- between - RTR employees, myself, my husband and out financial advisor where they admitted to being a debt collection agency not a mortgage company as they are illegally reporting on my credit report.
