Green Trust Cash, LLC Payday loan payment to acct not credited payment to acct not credited July 27, 2016 - On -/-/2016, I called Greentrust to schedule a payment to be taken out on -/-/2016. This would have paid the loan off. On -/-/2016 Greentrust did not take the payment out. I called the company. I spoke with - who apologized and offer to take a payment over the phone to pay the account off. She told me the account balance would be $45.00 to pay off the account. She was giving me a credit for the poor service. I provided her my card information of which she ask for twice.
