Incomm Holdings, Inc. Prepaid card adding money September 15, 2016 - PayPal/Cash - My nephew called me with a paypal/cash card number to load onto my paypal account. The amount is $150.00. When I load it to my account, it comes up with an error code -. I tried for several days, did research online and found others with the same problem. I did as someone had suggested, but still could not load the amount onto my card. I called PayPal/Cash - all it is is a recording that lets you know the card is active and how much is on the card.
