E*Trade Bank Bank account or service deposits and withdrawals February 4, 2016 - A stop payment was requested for funds being taken from our account which the bank issued and then allowed - to remove the funds from our account in the amount of $160.00 and $130.00. When I noticed that these funds was removed from our account I called the bank who stated that their is nothing that can be done because the way that - went around the stop payment request that was filed with the bank. E*Trade Bank Bank account or service deposits and withdrawals January 6, 2016 - On -/-/2015 I received a refund check from the Pennsylvania treasury in the amount of $2500.00 via regular mail. I attempted to deposit it into my joint check account with my wife using Etrade mobile application check deposit. Initially it went thru but later I noticed that the bank rejected it and charged me - and upon calling the bank and asking why they told me that the check was considered 3rd party based upon my last name being first and first name being second. E*Trade Bank Bank account or service deposits and withdrawals June 19, 2015 - My wife and I file joint tax returns and refunds are issued to both of our names. Federal refund is deposited electronically to the account I specify in Tax Cut software. State of - issues a check that I usually deposit to my account. We do that over a decade. There was never an issue with that. On -/-/- I tried to deposit such check by phone to my account ( at E*Trade Bank ) but it was rejected as unreadable - that seldom but sometimes happens. I called them and they said I have to mail it in. But when they received the check, only then they said they could not deposit it to my accoun... |
