A stop payment was requested for funds being taken from our account which the bank issued and then allowed - to remove the funds from our account in the amount of $160.00 and $130.00. When I noticed that these funds was removed from our account I called the bank who stated that their is nothing that can be done because the way that - went around the stop payment request that was filed with the bank. This goes to the other complaint that was filed with your office in early - 2016.
