Continental Finance Company, LLC Credit card bankruptcy November 9, 2015 - In - 2015 I filed chapter - bankruptcy due to medical issues and overwhelming medical bills. Contental finace was included in my chapter -, They have refused to listen that I am in bankruptcy and continue to add illegal fees. I have been harrassed non stop by collection agencys for them who all refuse to even take down my bankruptcy case number or attorney information. Continental Finance Company, LLC Credit card bankruptcy July 7, 2015 - I do not recall getting, or signing up for this card, it is showing up on my credit report stating open in -/-/-, the company closed -/-/-, it also shows written off for -, I have since filled bankrupcy -/-/- so this should not be on credit report, plus it is almost 7 years later ... |
