Harley-Davidson Financial Services, Inc. Consumer Loan shopping for a loan or lease April 12, 2016 - I purchased a Harley Davidson with a warranty. Every time I went to use the warranty Harley would not accept it and I would have to pay full price. I asked for the warranty cancelled and a refund and Harley refused. They used bait and switch tactics to place a useless warranty on my bike to increase my payments and the interest collected. They also engaged in predatory lending as my interest rate is excessive. I am requesting my warranty refunded and my interest rate reduced. ... |
