GE Capital Retail Credit card rewards September 14, 2015 - I was offered $20.00 reward incentive to open a Sam 's Club - at the checkout line. At the time I signed up they said that the credit would show up on my first billing statement. I got my statement today and there is no credit! I called their customer service - and was told both times that the credit will show up in - to - billing cycles. Because of the deceptive practices I do not want this card at all. Sam 's Club - is issued through Synchrony Bank. I also have written letter disputing this and have mailed it to them per their instruction on the back of my statement. ... |
GE Capital Retail Credit card rewards May 28, 2015 - My - credit card account was cancelled without notice. I received no paper or electronic notice. Not only is this inconvenient, but I had reward points that I had not yet redeemed and which - still owes me. The same thing happened to my wife 's account. She spent several hours on the phone yesterday and was told that they no longer have reward points records, although, conveniently, they do have records of outstanding balances.
