On -/-/2015, I called back and spoke to a person named -. She stated that the calls were regarding a bill that I owe to Emergency services. I told her I had not heard of them ; moreover, I had not received a bill from their organization or ARSI. I asked her when the bill was sent from ARSI, and she stated on -/-/2015.
