After the account was approved, the available credit was subtracted by $530.00 for a previous Chargeoff account that was sold to - in -. I satisfied the balance IN FULL with - - - on -/-/- and I showed Kay Jewelers - - - ( - Virginia ) location a copy of the payment confirmation letter on -/-/-. The representative called Kay 's Credit Authorization department and confirmed with the department that the previous account balance was paid in full. ... |
