HSBC Credit card delinquent account October 30, 2015 - I am being harassed about a - Orchard Bank debt of $500.00 which is now $2100.00. this they say happened in 2000. I say I cleared this up and I do n't owe them. My credit report has been cleaned up at least - times in 15yrs. I say the statue of limitations protects me against their claim. HSBC Credit card delinquent account October 6, 2015 - I opened a - - account on or about - 2011. Due to the fact that I was laid off from my former employer, I was unable to make the minimum monthly payments. I have tried on several occasions since to get this account paid but no one is able to find me in the system. According to the FCRA the account will be deleted after seven years from DOFD. I have credit reports ( attached ) showing the DOFD as - -. My reports always showed the account schedule to fall off - -, which would be correct reporting.
