December 14, 2015 - I have disputed this item multiple times but have not been successful with getting the file update. HSBC is reporting as a charge off but sent me a letter advising that the account was sold to another company. If this is the case my file should have been updated to report transferred. For five years HSBC has reported incorrect information. I have disputed this file numerous times with - but have not been successful with getting this account to report correctly. December 1, 2015 - HSBC Bank USA , NA refused to issue a credit balance refund, upon receipt of a written request from me ( the account owner ), stating as their excuse that there was an outstanding -month-old 'security hold ' on the account. ( This credit card account had been 'hijacked ' in - 2015. October 29, 2015 - I contacted - about a couple months ago and they did remove this time barred debt from - credit bureau BUT NOT - that has more than exceeded the time statute to collect at best this questionable debt of $16000.00. - did remove this debt from experience and - - however it still remains on my - - - - credit report And needs to be removed immediately or I will have no choice but to pursue legal remedies since this debt at best is questionable and is time barred and has well exceeded the statue limitations ... |

July 15, 2015 - I had a credit card with HSBC and I used to use it. When the ( HSBC ) card was expire I did n't continue it. I stopped use the card. June 16, 2015 - I sent a letter to HSBC Bank inquiring about a account that they listed on my credit reports, which I do not recognize. The account number is listed as -. I disputed their reporting reporting of this account under FACTA rules and regulations. I wanted a FACTA request for a complete accounting of account.
