Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid August 5, 2015 - I am filing a complaint against greater California financial services because they are illegally trying to collect on a - - credit card debt that is not valid and also past its statutes of limitations. The credit card account was charged off seven years ago and it is not shown as reported on my credit report as of -/-/15. When the company first contacted me last year, they misinformed me who they were staring they were a law firm as a scare tactic.
