I also had a deposit for $450.00 that I never received back. It was a lease that was split with another person ( - - and - - ). After the 6 month lease was up I had my name taken off the lease and my deposit was taken from me. I also understand that about 89 % of all credit reports contain inaccurate, misleading and unverifiable information on them. He than said he was charging for new paint, New carpet and new tile.
