The apartment manager refused to do the walk-thru inspection of the apartment. He than said he was charging for new paint, New carpet and new tile. Then he turned the illegal debt to an attorney who called me on -/-/2015 at - when I told him I filed a lawsuit against the manager and not to contact me. He sent papers that he was pursuing the illegal debt.
