Real Time Resolutions Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was discharged in bankruptcy September 18, 2015 - My home foreclosed in - of 2010 with -. - had my ex partner and I sign a $7200.00 promissory note. There were mistakes in it found after the foreclosure. They asked us to sign another promissory note. We declined. BofA never made any attempt to collect the debt for 4 years. My ex partner filed bankruptcy and the debt was not listed even though he double checked with - to be sure. Last year, after four years of the debt not being pursued, - sold the debt to Real Time Solutions, a debt collector. They have been trying to collect the debt from me. Real Time Resolutions Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid July 11, 2015 - Reporting to the Credit Bureau ( - ) that my debt is paid in full, however its 120 plus days late. I 've contacted them - times and they keep telling me that they are reporting it correctly. Yes, it is showing Paid in Full, however they will not change the status which shows it is over 120 days past due. The account has been paid for over a year, but its affecting my credit score on -. This last time I contacted them, they simply sent me a letter that they had already sent me on - -. They did n't even try to correct this issue. I 'm reaching our to you all before I sue in court.... |
