Reporting to the Credit Bureau ( - ) that my debt is paid in full, however its 120 plus days late. I 've contacted them - times and they keep telling me that they are reporting it correctly. Yes, it is showing Paid in Full, however they will not change the status which shows it is over 120 days past due. The account has been paid for over a year, but its affecting my credit score on -. This last time I contacted them, they simply sent me a letter that they had already sent me on - -. They did n't even try to correct this issue. I 'm reaching our to you all before I sue in court. This is costing me money because my interest rate is higher because of this. - score is - points less than my other - scores and its all because of this erroneous reporting. They are breaking the law by reporting erroneous information according to the FCRA.
