July 26, 2016 - On - -, -, I rented a car for use in -, -, from - via my - membership. I declined insurance with the belief that my visa card covered any accident liability. Unfortunately, I found out when I filed an insurance claim that visa does not cover car rental damage in -, along with - other countries.
