December 2, 2015 - ON -/-/15 @ - - - OF PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNT SERVICES INC OF - TN CALLED ME THREATENING TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ME FOR NOT MAKING A PAYMENT ON AN ARRANGEMENT. ON -/-/15 THEY RECIEVED AND POSTED TO MY ACCOUNT A CHECK FOR $5.00 WHICH WAS THE ARRANGEMENT. SHE WAS SO HOSTILE AND THREATENING THAT I WAS REDUCED TO TEARS. AFTER VERIFYING I HAD IN FACT SENT THE PAYMENT AND THEY HAD RECIEVED THE CHECK I CALLED HER BACK SHE WAS JUST AS RUDE AND HATEFUL THE SECOND TIME AND CONTINUED TO TALK OVER ME AND ARGUE. ...

July 6, 2015 - On -/-/15 at - PASI ( - ), a medical debt collection agency called me. It was my debt and I have paid it off. The problem lies in the fact that when I was contacted the first time, the lady said that if I did not pay in 10 days, the debt would hit my credit and they would garnish my paycheck. I called back the next day and verified that they were a collection agency and not the billing department of the hospital that I went to.
