Agents threatened to go after my mother and her home. Agents threatened to garnish my wages and my mother 's wages. Agents refused to accept that I was unable to pay. They coerced me into liquidating my retirement fund at huge penalties to get them money ( I feared they were going to take my mother 's house ). Even after doing so to get into a payment plan, they have continued to call and ask for more money than the agreed payment plan.
