Received numerous calls and messages per day. Agents threatened to go after my mother and her home. Agents threatened to garnish my wages and my mother 's wages. Agents refused to accept that I was unable to pay. They coerced me into liquidating my retirement fund at huge penalties to get them money ( I feared they were going to take my mother 's house ). Even after doing so to get into a payment plan, they have continued to call and ask for more money than the agreed payment plan. They have also on more than one occasion double charged my account for the same payment ( essentially attempted to take - payments instead of - in - separate months, requiring me to contact my bank to get the second payments stopped ). This was done without my consent and without any notification.
