We immediately tried to phone Nissan but they were closed. We called monday -/-/- and notified them there was a payment made saturday for $800.00. They said there was n't any record of it and they said it would take - business days to post. On their website it states it takes - business days to apply payment, which should have been -/-/-. I made another payment to them for the remaining balance on -/-/- of -, which was supposed to be enough to clear it. Both payments cleared my bank... |

Upon reviewing other standards, the extras such as gap insurance and required warranteys are not required. I over paid, and could not afford my payments, and they reposessed the car.
