Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Arkansas

I made a payment saturday -/-/-. My car was repossessed that day. We immediately tried to phone Nissan but they were closed. We called monday -/-/- and notified them there was a payment made saturday for $800.00. They said there was n't any record of it and they said it would take - business days to post. On their website it states it takes - business days to apply payment, which should have been -/-/-. I made another payment to them for the remaining balance on -/-/- of -, which was supposed to be enough to clear it. Both payments cleared my bank on -/-/-.Then they proceeded to say they required proof that the payment was paid by my bank in the amount of - as even as off today -/-/- they show no record of it, so I called with a tracer number for the payment but they refused that. I then faxed a statement from my bank showing the payment posted and the amount still that was insufficient. I 've now been told despite the fact the money has been withdrawn from my account that my checking account now has to show a positive balance. I have overdraft protection on my account. all the payments have been paid. but yet they will not release the car so that i may pick it up. every time i call them the requirements that i must meet to gain possession of the vehicle change. and in the meantime I 'm left with no transportation and no money. i believe they are stalling so they may then auction the car as everyday it sits there storage fees continue to increase. this car should have been released on -/-/-.
