Virtually Simultaneous to the mailing of this letter, which by law is to permit an answer by defendant within 30 days to any disputes of debt or any portion of it, to gather whatever evidence the defendant might have or to seek legal advice and discuss any remedies to alleged debt, the Alleged Creditor thru their Attorney in Violation of various Creditor and Debtor Laws including but not limited to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act the Collection Company filed a complaint with the court.
