This company is not complying with the duty of good faith and fair dealing. I requested a due date change and was told that it could take 1 to 2 billing cycles to take effect. My husband purchased me a ring on a special finance ( 0 %, interest deferred ). He than traded it up 6 months later, they had a special of 8.9 on that. When we first purchased our mower and had it financed by Yard Card, they never sent us a statement for our first payment.
