Legal Prevention Services, LLC. Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls June 26, 2015 - This firm calls my office phone almost daily and leaves messages stating that they are with legal prevention services '' and that I or my attorney must return their call by end of business day to prevent further action. They have also contact my mother at her home and mobile phone. I did call them back and asked them to not contact my mother again which to my knowledge they have not. I also asked them to reference what debt this is related to. They provided information over the phone but have yet to send anything in the mail as I requested. This sounds like an old debt that is beyond 5 years ... |

Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt June 25, 2015 - I received a voicemail message from - '' at Legal Prevention Services '' looking for my boyfriends mother. My boyfriend received the same phone call about - minutes later. I did not answer, so a voicemail message was left on my phone revealing the full name of my boyfriends mother and the fact that she owed a debt. Upon returning the phone call and immediately stating that I had received a message in reference to a debt owed by a person other than myself, she asked me for the number that she had reached me at and again stated the full name of my boyfriends mother and that her call was ... |
