I returned BOTH book rentals as I do every time I 've rented books through my undergrad. On - - I received - letters from a law office in Florida saying this was an attempt to collect both debts. CLAIM NUMBERS - and -. I have now filed a complaint and debt validation request with them and the -. I will also be filing a complaint with the Attorney General. This is illegal. Debt collection communication tactics used obscene/profane/abusive language March 29, 2015 - after i was trying to figure out why i got a second notice from a city slicking debt collecting. when i called i got some foreign guy answer the phone EASILY PULLED UP MY FILE ON HIS COMP and i asked him why did i already paid this company ( he said there was - companies - and - - i asked him how is - charging me if i already wennt to jail thats extortion to the max. regardless of what paper i signed. then he said i owed a total of - and that - was charging me 300 and some dollars even thoe i already paid them and took care of them. also - said they would give me a call... |
