I had rented - books from - in the - semester of 2015. I returned BOTH book rentals as I do every time I 've rented books through my undergrad. On - - I received - letters from a law office in Florida saying this was an attempt to collect both debts. CLAIM NUMBERS - and -. I have now filed a complaint and debt validation request with them and the -. I will also be filing a complaint with the Attorney General. This is illegal. There are more than - complaints of this where they say they 've never received the return books. They are praying on college students. I want both books removed from my account and the debt to be removed. The order number was -. I have tried to settle this with the company explaining that I have mailed them back and customer service was not helpful. This company has a history of saying they have no received the rentals and sending directly to collections. I have perfect credit and have never had a bill outstanding.
