January 11, 2016 - I have a debt with an apartment community and had called the agency listed on my credit report. They told me that the account had been transferred to an alleged law firm. I attempted to contact this law firm to resolve the issue and was immediately questioning whether or not they were legitimate. October 5, 2015 - I just received a call from Gerald E Moore and Associates on a supposed debt ( which i thought was taken care of about 6 months ago ). I spoke to a man named -, this was for an Apartment that i lived in and moved out of about 2 years ago. I lived in the apartment for a little over 5 years, and had a roof leak issue the entire time i resided there.
