Gila LLC Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt November 24, 2015 - I am currently a customers with -, service that pays toll roads on your behalf. When my debit card had to be destroyed due to fraud they were unable to process my payment. They turned the debt over to Municipal Service Bureau, a private debt collection company. They issued me a bill and I paid it. They then issued me further bills after this payment. I disputed this payment both by their internal methods and by a certified letter saying that I did not understand these charges and that I believed that they were in the wrong to issue further late charges as a debt collection agency. A case in point is a collection agency targeting and harrassing my family with no end. Gila LLC Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid October 26, 2015 - Debt was owed to collection company for various court fines for traffic violations. The debt was paid in full through cashiers checks issued from bank all on same day. Collection agency is claiming balance owed for collection fees that were posted to the account the day all balances were paid. Never received a bill for collection fees before paying all balances in full. Still have n't received a bill for the collection fees after paying balances in full. This issue is now hindering my ability to obtain a valid drivers license. ... |
