The CRA never addressed my concerns in the letter and I would like these items deleted from my file immediately. September 8, 2016 - Based on the TFDCPA : Section 392.101 of the Texas Finance Code prohibits a third-party debt collector or credit bureau from engaging in debt collection in Texas unless the third-party debt collector or credit bureau has obtained a surety bond and filed a copy of the bond with the Office of the Secretary of State.I like to build this case on the collection company in hand because they do n't have the right to collect any debt in the State of Texas. July 22, 2016 - In 2011 I rented an apartment where I paid the rent for the year in full up front which I 've finished the receipts to show proof of this to Fidelity Information via certified mail. I also found that the property management company whom Fidelity Information bought the debt from which is - - did in fact file an eviction after I lived out my lease and moved out. May 23, 2016 - Looking at the documentation that was provided to me by both the credit collecting agency and the " Orginal debtor '', I have several concerns. The alleged receipts concerns me. ( I 'll refer to them from here on as " receipts '' but they are a list of charges with not explanation. May 11, 2016 - I have repeatedly asked - of Fidelity Creditor services to disclose how much I owe with a physical ledger for my records. She said it 's company policy to not do so until the debt is paid off. Yes there is a judgement issued against me, but to demand I pay $150.00 a month, which I agreed to because she said she would garnish my wages if I did not.
