When I first called they were not very unprofessional and the operator hung up on me. I called back again and requested to speak with a supervisor. I was told to hold and they would request a supervisor. I was then put through to a voice mail and still have not received a return call. I was told that I am not allowed to request proof and if I did n't pay they would report me to the credit agencies immediately even though I never received any notification from the City about the citation.
